Frozen: Mainstream - A Disney movie which is a large conglomorate. 
Street Dance 3D: Niche - A vertigo movie which is an indapendant business.

What kind of age range do they appeal to?
Frozen: Primary audience is children - probably more girls than boys.
Street Dance 3D: Primary audience are older children/teens secondary audience are young adults.

Frozen: Secondary audience is adults - families.

How can you apply the Uses & Gratifications theory? 
Frozen: For children, the movie is simple entertainement as they are usually attracted to the characters and the music. Due to common child-hood nostalgia, adults would see the movie to identify with the characters.
Street Dance 3D: Individuals who are dancers would identify with the characters as the film is primarily about dancing.
